Hi – I’m Josh, a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience, mainly in private practice. I’ve always had a love of sport, and that passion for movement is what led me to physiotherapy—to help others move freely and get back to doing what they enjoy most.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—including those managing chronic pain, recovering from sporting injuries, children with developmental challenges, individuals with disabilities, and athletes focused on high performance. No matter the setting, I focus on collaborative goal setting, hands-on therapy, and movement-based treatment that fits into everyday life. I’m trained in Clinical Pilates (mat and reformer), dry needling, and The Complete Hip through Melbourne Orthopaedic Group.

In my daily life, I’m married and we have two young boys who do their best to keep us busy. They’ve been (lovingly) forced to join me in supporting the Essendon Footy Club (please don’t hold that against me!) and have also inherited a love for all things sport. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family watching and playing sport, getting into competitive board games, and enjoying the outdoors together.
